5. Betting Rules

The following betting rules apply to all bets placed on the Services:

• All bets must be in $;
• The minimum stake amount is $1, with a maximum bet limit applicable per event;
• Bets are accepted subject to our current odds and terms of betting (available within the website or mobile application);
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any bet at any time.

6. Withdrawal Policy

We will process withdrawals as soon as possible, but in no event later than 5 working days after your request is received. If we require additional information from you for withdrawal purposes, you must provide it within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Responsible Gambling Features

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling practices, the Services include features such as:

• Deposit limits;
• Time-outs; and
• Self-exclusion

We reserve the right to remove any customer who we believe may be at risk of problem gambling from using the Services for a minimum period of 6 months.
